Ingredients:
2 Lbs. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1/4 Tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 Cup Apple Juice
1/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Ketchup
1 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce
Step 1: Whisk all ingredients except for the chicken together and add to the crockpot.
Step 2: Add the chicken and stir to ensure all pieces of chicken are coated.
